Senior Project Analyst (Hybrid)
Seeking a skilled Senior Project Analyst for a government project working with the US Department of Education. This is a hybrid role where you will be working in a corporate office in Ridgeland 2 days a week, and remote for 3 days. This individual will also travel throughout the country to different states 2-3 days/month.
Responsibilities:
- Performs complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, and systems related to management and contractual issues.
- Develops work breakdown structures and prepares charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing customer problems.
- Possess writing and editing skills, and the ability to prepare and deliver presentations, works proactively, takes initiative in identifying and resolving issues.
- Provides advice/guidance for process improvement activities.
- Develops, coordinates, and improves program policies, standards, activities, and opportunities.
- Coordinates, and manages several aspects of projects including staffing, coordinating meetings, project and committee support, budget, and implementation of project activities.
- Coordinates cooperation across federal stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Leads media focused communications, heading support team structured to ensure client key messages are promoted effectively in print and electronic media.
- Meets with client regularly to discuss performance, propose initiatives, and establish priorities.
Education:/Experience:
- Master’s Degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
