What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with New & Prospective Members – Monitor and maintain a pipeline of business prospects, build profiles in our database, and schedule appointments for new and upgrade calls/appointments.
  • Support Sales & Retention Efforts – Prepare sales materials, assist with upgrade plans, and communicate potential upgrades to the Retention Specialist.
  • Sell and Manage Sponsorships to major events – Contact designated members with sponsorship opportunities and manage the sponsorship benefits associated with each event.
  • Enhance Member Communications – Develop and manage automated processes to improve member engagement, including dues renewal reminders, sponsorship opportunities, and personalized thank-you messages.
  • Manage Onboarding & Engagement – Guide new members through their first year with milestone check-ins, virtual touchpoints, event participation tracking, and follow-up surveys.
  • Provide Key Insights – Generate weekly reports, payment history, and member engagement trends to ensure proactive follow-up and retention strategies.
  • Website Monitoring – Regularly assess and optimize the user experience for members and prospects.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account- or membership management or customer relations.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
  • 5% commission paid on event sponsorships.

Office Hours

  • Monday – Thursday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm; Friday, 8:30 am – 1:00 pm
Occasionally, there are evenings we may work later in preparation for our three major meetings.
