Accounting Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle accounting process, including month-end close and relevant financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statement delivery.
- Address tight deadlines within general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, financial reporting, cash flow management, AP, AR, payroll, and various business-related tax returns and forms.
- Prepare supplemental schedules such as cash flow projections, bonus calculations, and other KPI metrics to provide meaningful, actionable information.
- Maintain consistent communication with restaurant franchise stakeholders regarding financial position, projections, and other necessary information.
- Become intimately familiar with franchise business processes to develop anticipatory and strategic solutions.
- Prepare necessary documentation for annual audit purposes.
Requirements
- Restaurant/Franchise accounting experience, including sales tax - Required
- Bachelor of Accounting Degree or 3+ years of equivalent accounting experience within Restaurant/Franchise industry
- Expertise in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to establish priorities as well as deliver commitments within set deadlines
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
Salary: $75k-$100k + Bonus
