Creative Director (Part-Time)

Service Specialists recruiting agency is seeking a Part-Time Creative Director for an established, dynamic, and innovative promotional advertising company located in Jackson, MS. This individual will continue to drive the artistic vision of its marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creative process and ensuring all visual communications and campaigns are on brand. Additionally, this role involves maintaining our website through a third-party service, ensuring it remains up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership:

• Develop and execute creative strategies that align with company goals and marketing objectives.
• Ensure all creative output is consistent with brand guidelines and meets the highest quality standards.

Campaign Development:

• Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, from initial concept to final execution.
• Create engaging content across all channels, including digital, print, and website.

Website Maintenance:

• Work with a third-party service to maintain the company's website, ensuring it is always current, functional, and visually appealing.
• Coordinate with web developers to implement updates, new features, and design changes.
• Monitor website performance and user experience, making recommendations for improvements.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Provide constructive feedback and direction to ensure the creative vision is effectively executed.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.

Schedule

This individual will work 2 days a week, ideally Tuesday & Thursday from 8:00 to 4:30 (30 minutes for lunch). The dates of the week and the time is flexible.

Pay Rate: $30/hr
