Seeking an Executive Recruiter for a successful and growing corporation in Oxford. This individual will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting and engaging top talent while fostering strong candidate relationships. This dynamic role will heavily focus on the dental industry while also supporting hiring efforts in other industries. It’s an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven professional with a proven track record in talent acquisition, sales or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding top-tier talent.
  • Dental Industry Focus: Specialize in recruiting for dental practices while also assisting with hiring for other companies as needed.
  • Sales-Driven Approach: Leverage sales and business development skills to attract high-quality candidates and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Client & Candidate Management: Develop relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, career fairs, industry conferences and referrals, to find top talent.
  • Build and Retain Strong Network: Build a pipeline of highly qualified talent and bench for current and future openings to achieve succession planning through proactive and strategic hiring practices.
  • Process Optimization: Continually refine and optimize the recruiting strategy to improve efficiency and success rates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • A strong background in talent acquisition, sales, business development, or a related field is a must.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team-based project experience, with a strong track record of successful internal and external relationships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to provide solutions to overcome obstacles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required and recruiting tools, ATS software, and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
  • Must be willing to travel on occasions.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $50,000 base salary + commission (uncapped earning potential).
  • Comprehensive benefits package.
