Sydney’s approach to matching the right candidate with the right position is to truly understand the “who” and “why” of both, and she strives to learn something from every conversation. She is a passionate people person who loves celebrating candidates through their unique skillsets.
A native of Jackson, Mississippi, Sydney now resides in Oxford. Her free time is spent perfecting the art of a good cocktail, exercising, or pretending she’s Celine Dion on karaoke night. She also enjoys walks around the Square with her dog, cheering on Ole Miss with her kiddos, and working on endless craft projects – that may, or may not, ever get completed.
Sydney serves the Oxford community through her support of the Junior Auxiliary and LOFT Foundation. She is a member of St. John the Evangelist Church.
